Why Don’t Attachments or Documents Appear Immediately in the Preview?

Law App uses background processing to generate live document previews. If a document doesn’t appear instantly in the preview pane after you save or upload it, this simply means the system is still processing the file in the background.

This is normal behaviour and usually resolves within a few seconds.

To help the preview load:

Click the 👁 Preview button again to reload the document view

Click the “Get Latest Data” button to prompt a refresh from the server

Press F5 on your keyboard to refresh your browser window

Use Ctrl + F5 only if a full hard refresh is needed (this is rarely required)

Tip: If you’re unsure whether the document saved, click on it and attempt to download. If it downloads successfully, it’s been saved to Law App.
