What happens if I switch Outlook profiles or devices

Switching profiles or using multiple devices resets your Microsoft Graph authentication tokens.

To avoid issues:

Always re-authenticate when prompted.

Ensure both Law App and Outlook are refreshed.

📌 Token rules:

Law App stores tokens for up to 90 days.

If inactive for 14 days, Microsoft will require re-authentication.

New browsers or device switches can force a token refresh.
