What happens if I switch Outlook profiles or devices

Switching profiles or using multiple devices resets your Microsoft Graph authentication tokens.

To avoid issues:

• Always re-authenticate when prompted.
• Ensure both Law App and Outlook are refreshed.

• Law App stores tokens for up to 90 days.
• If inactive for 14 days, Microsoft will require re-authentication.
