This is usually due to sorting or indexing timing, not an actual save error.
Here’s what to check:
Law App sorts emails by their original received date, not save date.
Emails may appear in the Trash tab if flagged or discarded.
Use the search bar or sort by date to locate them.
Press Ctrl + F5 to refresh your view after saving.
