The preview panel relies on background processing to generate document views If the system is busy or your connection is slow previews may be slightly delayed.
To help the preview load:
Wait a few seconds after saving to allow time for background processing.
Press Ctrl + F5 or use the refresh button in your browser.
Try switching tabs or reopening the file to prompt a visual refresh.
Tip: If you’re unsure whether the document saved, click on it and attempt to download. If it downloads successfully, it’s been saved to Law App.
