What if I cant find a file I know exists

Check the following:

You are using the correct filter (e.g. Status = Active)

The file is not archived (tick Include Archived in search)

You have the right permissions

If the file was recently created, try refreshing your browser with Ctrl + F5.

Tip: Some firms use File ID prefixes (e.g. FAM001) – include these when searching
