Q: How can I rename and bulk upload attachments into Law App?
A: If you’re using Outlook Classic, here’s an easy method:
- You can drag and drop attachments directly from Outlook Classic into Law App.
- This allows you to rename the documents and organise them into specific folders during the upload process.

Q: Does this work with the new version of Outlook?
A: Not yet. The new Outlook currently doesn’t support drag-and-drop of attachments into Law App. Microsoft is gradually rolling this feature out, but for now, you’ll need to use Outlook Classic to follow the steps shown in the video.
Q: Will the Law App add-in be updated to support renaming while in the outlook add in for Law App?
A: Yes—this is on our immediate roadmap.
