Why do I get an error when trying to save an email

Most save errors are due to Microsoft authentication or permission issues.

Troubleshooting steps:

Confirm you’re logged into Outlook with the correct Microsoft account.

Make sure the Law App add-in is pointing to the right database.

Refresh the browser and try again.
