Law App may display metadata based on different email sources
Here’s what can cause it:
The preview pane might show the last accessed date.
The document list typically displays the last modified date.
The true sent/received date is preserved in the email’s header metadata from Outlook.
If there’s any mismatch, trust the downloaded email content — the original header contains the correct sent time.
