To provide a client with a complete picture of what they owe, you can generate and attach a Debtor Statement.
A Debtor Statement includes:
- Current charges from recent invoices
- Any unpaid older invoices
- The total outstanding balance across all files for that client
Where to Find It
- Go to the top menu and select Report > Dashboard
- Navigate to Debtors > Debtor Statement.
- Generate the statement and send or attach it to your client communication.
This ensures your client receives a clear summary of all amounts payable, not just a single invoice.
