The top priority at this stage is to start gathering copies of all the document templates you’d like to bring into Law App.These should be saved outside of your current system, so we can properly reset and apply the correct merge fields in Law App.
📌 Checklist:
Save each template you want to migrate as a standalone Word document
Store them in a shared folder or drive with clear labels (e.g. “Client Letter – Retainer”, “Costs Agreement – Family Law”)
Make sure templates are final versions you still actively use — no need to migrate outdated or unused ones
