Law App retains emails with tags even if deleted, and there are ways to recover them.
Steps to recover:
Open the file in Law App and check the Trash tab under Documents.
Use Outlook to search your Sent Items or Deleted Items folders — resend the email if needed.
Forward the original sent item again with the correct file tag to reattach it.
You can always drag emails directly into Law App’s Save Emails screen to ensure they’re logged.
