In Law App, unsaved document changes are extremely rare. The platform is designed to maintain document integrity — even through network dropouts, closed sessions, or hardware disconnections.
If it looks like your edits haven’t saved, it’s almost never a data loss issue — it’s usually a matter of the document still being open or needing a quick refresh.
🛡️ What You Can Expect from Law App
- Changes are preserved when you exit Word and confirm Save
- If your connection drops, Word will still prompt you to save — and those edits are captured
- Law App automatically reconnects to the document once you’re back online
- No document is ever lost without prompt — you’re always given a chance to save or recover
