Law App uses background processing to update previews. Sometimes, browser caching or server lag can delay what appears.
Try this:
Press Ctrl + F5 for a hard refresh.
Reopen the file or navigate away and back.
Wait a few seconds after saving before previewing.
If a document downloads or opens in Word, it has saved correctly—even if the preview hasn’t updated yet.
