The top priority at this stage is to start gathering copies of all the document templates you’d like to bring into Law App. These should be saved outside of your current system, so we can properly reset and apply the correct merge fields in Law App.

Remove or finalise all estimate bills: Draft or estimated bills must either be marked as final or deleted.
Archive inactive files: Where possible, avoid migrating outdated, inactive, or closed files — this reduces clutter in your new system and improves performance.
