Law App follows trust compliance protocols for approvals:
All receipts and payments are stamped with the user ID and timestamp.
Payments: Require an “Authorised By” field, visible on requisition printouts.
Receipts: Can be flagged as final only after reconciliation with bank deposit.
NSW and QLD require hard copy requisitions to be signed by authorised signatories (no digital-only workflows are accepted in these states).
