You cannot create a separate receipt for just one file when performing a bulk trust-to-general transfer. Bulk transfers produce one combined receipt for the entire transaction, not individual matter receipts. For client-specific records, generate a Trust Ledger or Trust Account Statement for the matter — these reports show the relevant portion of the transfer and meet QLS-approved compliance requirements.
