Users register to Law App using a unique mobile number and email address. While the email may be personal, the system uses both themobile number and email as identifiers to prevent duplicate registrations.
In this case the users that register and you give us the go ahead for are manually linked to your firms database. This is what grants them access to your data and functionality within the platform.
If a user leaves your firm, you just simply revoke database access to your firm. Their Law App account remains active but unlinked, meaning they can no longer view or interact with your database or information.
If the user later joins another firm that uses Law App, they can be linked to the new firm without needing to re-register, provided they use the same mobile and email.
This approach ensures secure and flexible access management without requiring users to maintain multiple accounts.
